Let me introduce myself and my business. My name is Rachel Landis and I am the owner and founder of Healthy Body-Strong Mind LLC. I am a small town farm girl from central Ohio with a giant passion for fitness and food. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and L-1 CrossFit trainer specializing in building healthy relationships with food and creating balanced lifestyles.
I'm the mother of two wild boys and one of my favorite activities is hiking with my dog. I enjoy cooking and any form of exercise is my jam, from running and weight lifting to yoga. I love to laugh and have fun and I cuss a little.

One on One Nutrition Coaching
Choose from three nutrition coaching packages, specific to your individual needs and goals. Accountability, support, guidance, meal plans and recipes. Weekly check ins and close monitoring to help you reach your goals and become the most successful in creating a lifestyle that works best for you.
Personal Fitness Training
Personal training is best for individuals who prefer to workout in a private setting and have one on one coaching. Sessions are an hour long and are programmed to include stretching, strength, and metabolic conditioning to provide a well rounded experience each session. Spaces are limited, located in Lancaster, contact for availability.
Bootcamp is simply the best and most fun! Looking for a uplifting community of women, an hour for yourself, challenging but fun workouts, laughter, hugs and high fives? Bootcamp is for you! I offer small group sessions in my gym as well as summer Bootcamp at the Barn. Contact for availability.

Rachel is a motivator and a sounding board always. When I would get frustrated or upset, she would have my back and always cheer me through obstacles.
When I first started with Rachel, I honestly didn't follow the plan well. She never got annoyed with me but continued to encourage me. Finally I got to it and started seeing awesome changes.
I truly feel amazing and have adopted a new lifestyle of running, home workouts and balanced nutrition.
I had tried counting my macros before but never knew what numbers I should be hitting. I had other coaches in the past give me super low numbers which wouldn't sustain my active lifestyle, leaving me frustrated. I reached out to Rachel for help knowing I could trust her.
Within just 14 days (seen in the middle picture) I wasn't as bloated and all of my CrossFit workouts were starting to feel great. After 6 weeks I lost a few pounds but looked completely different and most importantly felt great.
